Returns Policy: Botanique Flowers reserves the right to include flowers in tight bud to ensure longevity and may substitute selected flowers with similar in the event the pictured varieties are not in season or are currently unavailable. In the event your order has not met your expectations, please return the unsatisfactory item to our studio: Botanique, 103/3 Sir John Overall Drive, Helensvale, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, 4212, within 24hrs and we will provide you with a 'no questions asked' full replacement. For interstate and international orders, please contact us on 07 55737666 within 24hrs and we will follow up the complaint with the sending florist.

    For someone who was ordering these flowers overseas it was such a easy find and easy to access the website. Definitely user friendly. My mum and I both living overseas brought flowers, I brought it from flowersbytina using the same day delivery and she brought it from another company a week earlier. My flowers arrived first and had great service and hers went missing and didn’t arrive till late at night. I am so great full and my grandmother loved it. Thank you so much
