In the event your order has not met your expectations, please return the unsatisfactory item to our studio: Botanique, 103/3 Sir John Overall Drive, Helensvale, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, 4212, within 24hrs and we will provide you with a 'no questions asked' full replacement. For interstate and international orders, please contact us on 07 55737666 within 24hrs and we will follow up the complaint with the sending florist.

    Ordered Monday morning around 9am and received a message from my friend just after 1pm saying the flowers were just beautiful with a few photo’s ….very pleased with such a prompt and efficient delivery..thankyou!
