What does "Accepted" mean on my order status? Has my order not been delivered yet?
Your order is changed to Accepted or Awaiting Pick Up once we have received it and your order will be marked as shipped at the end of our business day (roughly from 4-5pm). Below is a list of what all the status' mean.
Awaiting Fulfilment - After placing and paying for your online order the first message you will receive is "awaiting fulfulment" this just lets you know we've received your order and payment and it is currently "awaiting fulfilment" i.e. waiting for the florist to print-process the order/write the card.
Accepted - When the florist has printed and processed your order, the next notification you'll receive will be "accepted"
Delivered - Finally, after the order has been delivered, you'll receive notification "delivered" this is usually at the end of our business day so don't stress if it's 4pm and your order is still "Accepted" more than likely your order has been shipped, just not updated.
Pending- Your order has been placed as "pending" either by you or us - we are waiting for more information from you to execute the order.
Awaiting Payment - The order has been received by us and when suitable payment has been secured it will be changed to "awaiting shipment".
Awaiting Pick Up - The florist has received and processed the order and prepared it for collection if it's for same day or placed it on the 'forward orders' clip.
Partially Shipped - Your order has many shipping addresses/parts and part of the order has been shipped.
Completed - Notification will be received when you've ordered an online download or collected your order from the store.
Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled by you or us.
Declined - Your payment method has been declined.
Refunded -Your payment has been refunded.
Manual Varificaiton Required - Your order has been received and we are waiting for payment notification from you or the bank.
When can I expect the flowers to be delivered?
Generally we have 3 delivery runs on Monday to Friday (morning, noon and afternoon) and 1 on Saturdays (morning) - orders can be delivered any time from 9am until 5pm unless you have paid for an Express Delivery (under 3 hours). When after specific time deliveries we do our best with requests but there are no guarantees unless you have paid the express fee.
What if there's no one home?
If no one is home the couriers will leave the flowers/gift in a safe/shaded spot, if there is no safe place to leave the flowers they will generally call the contact number on the order for direction. If they are still unable to leave the flowers somewhere appropriate they will bring them back to the store where we will await further instruction on delivery or arrange pick up from the store. Keep in mind that multiple attempts of delivery may incur a fee.
Can I stay annonoymous?
Yes. We will not give out any information regarding customer details to any recipients unless given verbal permission by yourself.
