Returns Policy: Botanique Flowers reserves the right to include flowers in tight bud to ensure longevity and may substitute selected flowers with similar in the event the pictured varieties are not in season or are currently unavailable. In the event your order has not met your expectations, please return the unsatisfactory item to our studio: Botanique, 103/3 Sir John Overall Drive, Helensvale, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, 4212, within 24hrs and we will provide you with a 'no questions asked' full replacement.     receiver was not home on day of receipt of flowers but received a text from driver to say they had been left.receiver was very happy with both flowers and service
