"Specific Requests" please write in this section if you would like any flower in particular to be included in your bouquet or arrangement - We will do our best to accommodate your requests but please know that sometimes we do not have stock of every flower request or colour.

"Do not include" please write in this section flowers you wish to not be included in your design - We can guarantee these will not be in your bouquet or arrangement.

Returns Policy: In the event your order is not what you expected, please return the unsatisfactory item to our studio within 24hrs and we will provide you with a 'no questions asked' full replacement. For interstate and international orders, please contact us within 24hrs and we will follow up the complaint with the sending florist.

    So happy with the flowers sent to my daughter in hospital. They are fragrant and gorgeous. The colours are vibrant and they have lasted over a week and still look fresh. The service was easy as did online and the flowers were delivered within a couple of hours of order. Outstanding - thankyou!!
