COVID-19 AND OUR STORE

What COVID-19 means for our small business: 

The COVID-19 outbreak is impacting businesses globally in many ways including reduced trade, temporary business closures, staffing issues, and supply chain interruptions. The World Health Organization has declared the coronavirus, or COVID-19, a global pandemic. It’s an uncertain time with lots of unknowns, and while we don’t have all the answers, we want to reassure our customers and staff that we will do our upmost to ensure that they are looked after.

This pandemic is affecting the health of the public, and it’s also impacting the economy. According to Google, “since the first week of February, search interest in coronavirus increased by +260% globally.” While spikes in search trends are common during events of this scale, there have also been surges in traffic for related products and topics as a direct response to the pandemic.

At this time we are currently still open and trading normally and want to thank you for choosing a local family run business, every dollar spent with us goes towards our family and staff.

Our upmost priority right now is the safety of our customers and staff. To do this we have limited the amount of customers in our store and would appreciate if our customers could choose for delivery of their flowers instead of pick up. We also now offer a contact-less delivery, if you require this please let us know in the comments section of your order or let our staff know over the phone (07 55 737 666).

Contact-less delivery: our courier will take the gift to the door of the recipient then send a txt message to the phone number provided on the order that their flowers have been delivered.

We will keep our valued customers up to date should our circumstances change. At this time we hope that we can keep bringing joy and brightness to your family and friends.
