If you’d prefer, you can visit our location for pickup, provided you follow the best procedure to stay safe:

1. Call or place your order online. You can give us a call at (07) 5573 7666, or place your order online and select the pickup option.
2. Pay beforehand. We would prefer that customers pay before arriving at our shop to minimize exposure between parties.
3. Call us when you arrive. Once you are here, call our store to let our florists know, and someone will leave your floral arrangement outside our front door for you to collect.

Botanique is continuing to offer Gold Coast flower deliveries, and will provide a contact-free delivery at your chosen address. Our courier will take your gift to the door of your recipient and call or text the number provided to let them know that their flower delivery has arrived.
